Mabalacat City TODA and PISTON received a certification from Mabalacat City Mayor Cris Garbo and CRIS czar Dr. Jay Rivera as a recognition that all personnel are already fully vaccinated.
Mabalacat TODA has a total of 7,500 fully vaccinated; whereas, PISTON has 1,700 fully vaccinated drivers.
