One of our bedridden Mabalaquenos, Danilo Olivar JR., received a brand new wheelchair from Mabalacat City Mayor Cris Garbo.
Danilo, who is residing at Brgy Duquit, has Meningitis that kept him unable to walk properly and paralyzed, but that did not stop him to be a hopeful person that he is right now. Upon learning this, Mayor Garbo provided him a new wheelchair which he can now use for his daily necessities.
And the smile that came to Danilo’s face the moment he received the wheelchair is, without a doubt, an utter satisfaction and bliss for the one who helped him.
