Mabalacat City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo recently visited nine (9) bedridden Mabalaqueños in Barangay San Francisco and Sto. Rosario to assist them with their financial needs and to pray for them as well.
This is Mayor Garbo’s flagship program since 2017, showing his utmost commitment to the sick.
