Through the efforts of City Public Employment Services Office (CPESO) and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), six hundred (600) beneficiary-students of Mabalacat City received P4,200.00 each under the Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES) last, 29th of October 2021.
Mabalacat City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo led the dole-out of the in the said ceremony. To date, a total of one thousand and two hundred (1,200) students have already benefited from the program.
