Mabalacat City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo, City Administrator Atty. Emmanuel Ignacio, and PLtCol Soledad Elefanio visited Mabalacat City’s public and private cemeteries in assurance of their cleanliness and orderliness for the upcoming UNDAS 2021. Last week, Mabalacat City Government together with City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) exerted effort to clean Agusu San Francisco Cemetery and Mangalit Cemetery.
