Mabalacat City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo, CRIS czar Dr. Jay Rivera, RHU doctors together with the MIS Team convened a meeting today (November 3, 2021) to discuss the guidelines for the upcoming inoculation of minors aged 12 to 17 years old in the city.
