Personnel and staff under Turbina Urban Poor Associations Inc (TUPAI) had an oath taking today (November 11, 2021) at the Mayor’s Office.
The oath taking was led by Mabalacat City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo; wherein the employees pledged their outright responsibilities to their work.
