Mabalacat City Vice Mayor Gerald Aquino, Councilor Win-Win Garbo and the rest of the members of Sangguniang Panglungsod (SP) including councilors Cocoy Tiglao, Liza Pineda, Jun Castro, Niño Delos Reyes, Noel Castro, Jerry Magsino, Dwight Morales, and Carlo Dizon joined the Local Council for the Protection of Children and all barangay-based social workers during the Child Welfare Forum held November 10, 2021 at Clark Mariott Hotel.
The said conference is aimed at strengthening the city government’s programs that cater to the rights and welfare of the Mabalaqueño children.
