The entire Province of Pampanga, along with Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Zambales, and the highly-urbanized cities of Angeles City and Olongapo City will remain under COVID-19 Alert Level 3 until January 31, says the Malacañang.
