Following President Rodrigo Duterte’s pronouncement on restricting movements of unvaccinated individuals at this time of COVID-19 surge in the country, the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) has issued a memorandum circular of “No Vaccination/COVID Test, No Entry” within the freeport effective 12:01am of January 15, 2022.
UPDATE:
Starting January 15, 2022, everyone entering Clark Freeport Zone must be fully vaccinated or must be Covid-Negative. Individuals who had their first dose whose second dose shot is already scheduled shall be allowed entry. Check points for presentation of vaccination card or Covid TEST result (Antigen or RT-PCR) not more than 72 hours before entering will be at CFZ Gates and entrance of firms or offices within CFZ. Public utility vehicles must also require passengers to present vaccination cards/valid Covid Negative results. Unvaccinated individuals going directly to The Medical City, Our Lady of Mt Carmel Medical Center or other health facilities in CFZ such shall be allowed entry. Every person with confirmed flight via Clark International Airport shall be allowed to enter CFZ upon presentation of airline ticket and passport.
