Mabalacat City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo exchange pleasantries with Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) Chairperson Sandra Montano during a courtesy call held last (January 27, 2022) at the Mabalacat City Hall. The PCW Assessment Team is currently in Mabalacat City to implement recertification procedures for the city government’s Gender and Development (GAD) programs. Welcoming Montano and the whole PCW group are Vice Mayor Gerald Aquino, Councilor Noel Castro, and POPGAD Officer Charlo Costales.
