Mabalacat City Vice Mayor Gerald Aquino together with Councilor Noel Castro and Jerry Magsino led the distribution of Hybrid Rice Seeds to local farmers during a ceremony held February 23, 2022 at the City Hall.
The initiative, which is spearheaded by the City Agriculture Office, aims to augment grassroots assistance for the local production of rice in the city.
