Mabalacat City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo leads all department and unit heads, and employees of the city government during today’s flag raising rites held earlier at the Mabalacat City Hall.
Also present are Vice Mayor Gerald Aquino, Councilor Noel Castro, Doc Cocoy Tiglao, and Jerry Magsino.
