The Mabalacat City Government throught its Population, Gender and Development (POPGAD) Office holds a Women Empowerment through Entrepreneurial Advancement Program (WE LEAP) Business Management and Financial Literacy Training today, March 28, 2022, at Hotel Stotsenberg in Clark Freeport Zone.The activity is held in celebration of the month-long observance of the Women’s Month.
